Each Moon & Mist order is packed with care before it begins its journey to you.
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders, always.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Quality Commitment: Every Companion Tote is personally inspected before dispatch — for structure, finish, and craftsmanship. We produce in limited quantities so every order gets the attention it deserves.
Returns & Exchanges
At Moon & Mist, every bag leaves us with care — inspected, packed, and sent with the hope that it finds a good home. If something isn't right on our end, we want to know.
Returns We accept returns only in the case of a damaged or defective product. If your bag has arrived in a condition that isn't up to the mark, please write to us at admin@moonandmist.in within 48 hours of delivery. Do include clear photographs of the damage so we can understand what went wrong and make it right as quickly as possible.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery, or without photo documentation, will not be eligible for a return.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll ask you to ship the bag back to us. Returning something should never feel like a chore — simply drop the bag off at a courier of your choice and share the receipt with us. We'll take care of up to ₹100 of your shipping cost, so getting it back to us is one less thing to think about. Your replacement will be dispatched as soon as the returned bag reaches us.
We do not offer monetary refunds at this time.
Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges.
A note on what we can't accept We're unable to process returns for change of mind, fit or size expectations, or reasons unrelated to a product defect. We appreciate your understanding.
