Each Moon & Mist order is packed with care before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.Shipping: Free on all orders, always. We ship across India.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Every Companion Tote is personally inspected before dispatch — for structure, finish, and craftsmanship. We produce in small quantities so every order gets the attention it deserves.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of a damaged or defective product. If your bag has arrived in a condition that isn't up to the mark, please write to us at admin@moonandmist.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the damage. Claims raised after 48 hours, or without photo documentation, will not be eligible.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, simply drop the bag off at a courier of your choice and share the receipt with us — we'll reimburse up to ₹100 toward your return shipping cost. Your replacement will be dispatched as soon as the returned bag reaches us.

We do not offer monetary refunds or exchanges at this time.

Please note that we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, size or fit expectations, or any reason unrelated to a product defect.
